9. Ceasing of your Subscription:
You may leave at anytime, unless otherwise agreed in writing.. You will retain full access to the information you provided for us whilst a paying subscriber, once this ceases, the account with all it's associated data within 30 days. It is YOUR responsibility to migrate data to a new platform as applicable, and whilst we will cooperate within reason with any requests without incurring material costs.

10. Inappropriate Content:
You are strictly prohibited from using inappropriate content in any web design project or website developed by Commex.ai. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.- Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.- Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or trade secret violations.- Malicious or harmful content, including viruses, malware, or phishing scams.- Content that violates any applicable Australian laws or regulations.
