We have allocated timeslots to the diary and any of those slots are available to be booked or for rescheduling. Repeated cancellation/ rescheduling will signal to us that you are not serious, and we may choose not to have the discussion.
If we agreed on it, we would prepare a simple one-page 'deliverables' sheet for you to consider and ask more questions if needed. Since there are no lock-in contracts, the process is simple. Depending on the project, we may require some payment upfront.
