It is a discovery session where you outline what you need -- and we may help you identify your priorities - and then we figure out if our expertise and suite of products would be a good fit. We don't want to acquire clients that don't fit what we do as much as you don't want to pay for something you don't need.

We have allocated timeslots to the diary and any of those slots are available to be booked or for rescheduling. Repeated cancellation/ rescheduling will signal to us that you are not serious, and we may choose not to have the discussion.

If we agreed on it, we would prepare a simple one-page 'deliverables' sheet for you to consider and ask more questions if needed. Since there are no lock-in contracts, the process is simple. Depending on the project, we may require some payment upfront.
